Knorr Create More; Chris fronts new campaign

Chris has been working alongside Unilever Food Solutions to help launch Knorr Create More concentrated sauces.

There are a series of videos promoting the range, with the content produced and presented by Chris.

Extensive campaigns in The Caterer and through Big Hospitality have given the project a massive profile.

Chris to be judge on Festival Culinaire Bernard Loiseau once again; Angela Hartnett to represent UK

For the third year running, Chris has been asked to join the illustrious jury for the Festival Culinaire Bernard Loiseau 2012 in Mauritius.

This year, Chris has invited Angela Hartnett to represent UK in this prestigious and glamorous competition.

Chris fronts Unilever United Against Waste campaign

Chris has been working with Unilever Food Solutions to help with the creation of content for their groundbreaking ‘United Against Waste’ campaign. Specifically, Chris added much to the waste saving toolkit, creating much of the narrative and adding expert advice; http://www.unileverfoodsolutions.co.uk/our-services/your-kitchen/wiseuponfoodwaste/tools.

Chris also spoke at the recent launch event alongside Tracey Rogers; MD of  Unilever Food Solutions and pioneering waste saving campaigner Tristram Stuart.

Chris and Tristram also appeared on a radio campaign to help promote United Against Waste.

Kitchens and businesses up and down the country will benefit from the works carried out by Chris, alongside Unilever and their team.

Chris has teamed up with his long term client Warwick Business School to develop an open executive education programme aimed at teams or individuals.

The Blacksmith and The Toffee Maker – exciting new pub venture

Chris is helping ex Leiths student Marc Dalla Riva start up an exciting new pub venture based in  London N1 - venue soon to be revealed!!

This is NOT a gastro pub – it will be an ale and gin bar, with a food offer to support. Food will be ready to go traditional pub fare, backed up with daily produced stews and hot pots.

Chris Barber judges Mauritius culinary festival again

 

 

Chris Barber nominated Michelin starred chef Mike North to take part in this years competition, and Chris once again joined the prestigious jury alongside Dominique Loiseau, Jean Luc Naret and Patrick Bertron.

Mike did a fantastic job, coming third overall.
