Chris Barber launches Food Business Evening Course

Chris Barber, lead consultant at Leiths Food Solutions and food business expert, will be launching a new evening course at Leiths this October.

In this 4 part evening course, Chris Barber brings his years of hands-on experience as a chef, hotelier and restaurateur and more recently as a business adviser, to offer a fundamental foundation in drafting business plans and cash flow as well as financial planning and menu writing, helping you to create a successful business from a bright idea.

As well as receiving practical advice and guidance over the course of the class, you will take part in a number of exercises designed to help you identify the key elements of a successful business, whatever the scale. The course is open to both Leiths graduates, current students and members of the public who are considering a leap into the food industry.
